RICK:
Rick is a retired Army officer and pilot. He graduated with a Masters (cum laude) from Norwich University. He started his own In-Home Care company in 2015. The company was (and still is) very successful. As a veteran, he was proud to have gained a Veterans Affairs (VA) contract and care for our local veterans as well as our seniors in our local communities. He is married with two daughters and a step-son. His wife is an RN at a large hospital in Jacksonville, FL and a full-time graduate student studying her Masters in Nursing Science (MSN) at the University of Central Florida (UCF). The experience Rick has gained in owning and directing a home care company plus the experience combination with his wife are a sure union that will promote the absolute best care for anyone in Florida. Ability offers a strong nursing background in both clinical and home health care which most home care companies do not have. This has a strong impact on successful care for all of our clients.
Blake Ehler:
Blake Ehler, MSN, RN received a Masters in nursing leadership from Jacksonville University in 2021. He began his career as an RN in the emergency room at Memorial hospital in 2015 before finding his passion to care for the elderly. He is also the co-founder of Access Home Health which provides skilled services to Jacksonville and the surrounding area. Blake is married and has 1 boy and 2 girls and loves the outdoors.
